Orders can only be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed. You must contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is already being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we will gladly ship you a replacement, free of charge!
If your package is lost, we will also ship you a replacement, free of charge!
Our policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by from the time of receipt and you haven't notified us of the damaged item, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange.
We do not offer refunds due to hygienic reasons.
This includes incorrect sizing ordered by mistake. Please ensure you double check our sizing charts and the sizes in your cart before placing your order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you further!
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
