YES! We ship anywhere in the world for FREE!

WHEN ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. The majority of our orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days after your payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

All items are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 days after you order.

Please allow for 3-6 weeks for delivery. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in Canada, we work with manufacturers located in other countries such as Australia, United States, China, Canada and United Kingdom. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will be sending you an email with your tracking number and the name of your local post office. 

Just enter your tracking number on your local post office website and voila! You’d be able to see the status of your order.
